Step 1. Click Start button and type “Windows Update”. A window will open up showing the list of updates available. Select the option “Check now”. You will see a notification saying “Update ready”. Please wait for some time and check again whether there are any updates available.

Step 2. Once the update is completed successfully, restart the PC. After rebooting, logon to the desktop and start the Microsoft Store app. On the left pane, select View update history. Here, you will find the list of updates installed recently. Select the one that says “Installed xxx days ago”, where xxx represents the number of days since the installation date.

Step 3. Now, go to Control Panel and select Programs and Features. In the upper part of the screen, look out for the program named Windows Update. Right-click it and select Uninstall. This will uninstall the older version of Windows 10.

Prevent websites, ISP, and other parties from tracking you

The government and ISPs are trying hard to spy on people. They collect data about what we do online, where we go, how long we spend there, and even our political views. This information is used to target us with ads, track our movements, sell our personal data, and influence elections. If you use the internet, chances are you’ve been tracked already.

VPN stands for Virtual Private Network. With a VPN, you can surf the web safely and securely without revealing your identity or location. You can access blocked sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Amazon, and unblock geo-restricted media like Netflix, BBC iPlayer, and Spotify. And because VPN encrypts your traffic, no one else can see what you’re doing online.

There are many free VPN services out there, but if you want privacy, security, and reliability, you should pay for one. Here are some reasons why:

1. Free VPNs often don’t work very well. Some free VPNs allow you to connect to servers around the world, but they usually slow down your connection speed and make browsing difficult.

2. Free VPNs often log your activity. Many free VPNs keep detailed records of every site you visit, including IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and device ID. These logs reveal your true identity, allowing others to identify you and track your activities.

3. Free VPNs often limit bandwidth. Most free VPNs cap your download speeds to 256 kbps, which might be enough for basic tasks like emailing, but won’t cut it for heavy downloading.

4. Free VPNs often charge monthly fees. Some free VPNs require you to subscribe to their service to unlock features like unlimited bandwidth. Others charge per GB of data transferred.

Recover your lost files quickly

Unforeseen circumstances can cause loss or corruption of important information. In such cases, it becomes imperative to recover those files as soon as possible. There are many reasons why users lose data. Some of them include accidental deletion, virus attack, system crash, hardware failure, etc. When the file is accidentally deleted, there is no way to recover it. However, it is possible to restore the lost data using data recovery tools. These tools allow you to scan your hard disk and locate the missing files. Once located, you can preview the recovered files and save them to another location.

Data recovery software like Data Recovery pro allows you to recover deleted files easily. This tool scans your entire hard disk and displays the list of all the files present on your PC. You can select the ones you want to recover and proceed further. If the file is corrupted due to a virus attack, you can use antivirus software to repair the damage caused.

If you are looking for a reliable data recovery solution, we recommend you try out Data Recovery Pro. It offers free trial version along with paid versions. With the help of this tool, you can recover even the most inaccessible files.
